Do you think we can have the “Poetry across oceans” one more time?
Well at least I want to try it once again. Here I got a note for everyone who wishes to participate on this coming Saturday session:
This coming Saturday I hope to meet you all according to the following time table:
Ali: 5:30 PM Sat
Fereshte & Saeede: 8 PM Sat
Mohammad: 11:30 AM Sat
Hoofar: 10:30 AM Sat
I’m not really willing to change the day to Sunday, since Monday is the first day of the week and the busiest one for me; this is the reply on your email actually Saeede. But if it is like that you can only join us on Sun then we will definitely take care of that, don’t worry.
Beside this, if our session causes a conflict you can’t solve keep us posted we change the times accordingly. Make sure you keep everyone in the loop when you write an email (i.e. send it to all). Almost forgot: make sure you all have Skype and your SELF available!

مرسي هوفر از برنامه ريزي دوباره ...اما لازمه كه بگم كه فردا (شنبه) فرشته معارفه داره ومنم به عنوان يه همكار كوچولو كنارشم...پس فردا گمان نكنم بشه دست كم براي من... اگر بودين و فرشته حدود 10يا 10:30ميرسه خونه مي تونه باشه ( در صورتي كه اينترنتش وصل بشه چون در حال حاضر قطعه و نمي تونه پاسخ بده از خونه ) و راستش تصميم با شماست هوفر وليكن من از فرشته هم پرسيدم و اون گفت كه يكشنبه هم براي اون هم راحت تره چون ترجيح ميده شنبه ها بره كلاس معارفه ليدري ، و اگر امرو (شنبه ) همنشيني ادبي اي برگزار شد و من نتونستم بيام ، مي دونين كه چقدر دلم مي خواد كنار شما و كلمه هاتون باشم و صداتونو بشنوم .

Dear Guys and gals,
As it looks like we need to change the day, I suggest we shift our session to Sundays. As I said before I don't like changing the time plan each week for a variety of reasons. So please help me to fix a time that works for all of us and consider it as a fixed plan for the coming weeks. If you see that you are going to be having a presentation or something which is not fixed please do your best to make some time for the preplanned sessions so that we don't change the day. As you see I post the date two or three days in advance always.
One more note, changing the time is always handy and we can easily take care of it.
So finally, I SUGGEST following timetable, I have one vote and I don't like to decide alone! Democracy! here it goes:

Fereshte & Saeede: 8 PM Sun

Dear all;
I checked with Saeede. She said she is available on Sunday 8 PM. I'm on it too. But please don't consider it as a fix plan. Let Saeede to try skype with dial up connection and if it's ok, we will fix a time.

My understanding from your last email was that
firs, the "times" works for both of you.
Second, Saeede WILL try skype with a Dial Up connection: Although I really don't think of this as a good idea but if it's all that she can do then please update us ASAP, we may need to change a part of a plan.
Fereshte, am I following you correctly?
Do you have Skype available on that date?
I'm trying here to fix the plan ,at least, for a day before and you are hurting the plan by the "last minute" updates. Another very important note: when we meet I don't like to waist our time by talking about fixing a plan or fixing Skype. Please take care of these issues in advance.
Finally I want everyone talk for himself and I want him talk clearly.

dear all
when I say that I'm on it, it means that I will be available at 8 PM on sunday with skype.
Now I have my ADSL connection, but I've some problems with skype that it's not s.thing new and I think it's because of connection. It means that although I will be available in that time, I can't promise that my skype will work properly.
I hope it would be clear enough.

There are problems regarding the proper work of Skype in Iran …
I don't know what has happened to that! Maybe it is governmental!
Anyway, I hope they can be available tomorrow. Keep in mind that with proper internet connection, using Skype with dialup would work!

The skype doesn't work properly from morning. Now I'm in office, and i think that I will have the same problem at home with my skype. So, I don't think that I can participate in our tonight conference.
سلام. فرشته گفت هر کسی باید از طرف خودش اعلام حضور یا عدم حضور کنه .... و همون طور که گفت ما فعلا در ایران skype ما قطع
و اینکه همه صحبت ها رو خوندم و چشم جناب هوفر یک جواب قطعی می دیم که برنامه رو بشه فیکس کرد.
